Our Chef and Staff
Francisco "Paco" Islas and his family bring their hometown feel to Fort Worth at Pacos Mexican Cuisine. Traditional dishes and ingredients from Pachuca, Hidalgo Mexico. Our mission is to serve and help connect our Fort Worth community through the love of authentic Mexican Cuisine and by providing a fun filled atmosphere con cultura familiar. From the ambiance to the music, our caring and committed staff make sure you have a fantastic experience with us as you enjoy authentic Mexican food!
